I help marketing firms to define and implement their own sales and marketing strategies.

A typical engagement takes the form of a 2-5 day GV Sprint on-site with the current team; a less intensive process can be an audit of the current strategy and recommendations for improvement delivered in person or over the phone. I also provide ongoing consultancy and training.

I charge £1,000/day plus travel expenses for on-site visits.

I work remotely for £100/hour.

Will you manage my SEO/PPC account?

I specialise in training you (and your teams) to manage your own SEO and PPC accounts and helping you hire the right staff and/or agencies to do it well, so I very rarely provide search marketing as a managed service. I do deliver audits and research projects, however – see above.
